What is WikiDaruma?
WikiDaruma is a business system you grow with AI. Send a single ticket describing what you need, and AI develops it, tests it, and releases it to your staging environment. You choose when to publish it to production. You can start from more than 30 feature templates, such as order management, inventory, and attendance.
What is a ticket?
A ticket is a request you write and send from the app. If the request is clear enough, AI starts implementing it. If anything is ambiguous or risky, AI replies with questions first. You do not need a formal requirements document.
Can we use it without in-house engineers?
Yes. AI handles development, testing, and the release to your staging environment. You check that it works on staging and publish it to production when you are ready.
What if a feature built by AI has a problem?
You can review every change on staging before it reaches production. After publishing, you can send another ticket to fix it, or delete the ticket to roll the change back.
How much does it cost?
The base plan is JPY 60,000 per month and includes one feature template. It covers JPY 10,000 worth of tickets, JPY 20,000 for infrastructure (servers, database, APIs), and JPY 30,000 for operations and chat support. Each additional feature is JPY 30,000 per month. There is no setup fee, and users and partner accounts are unlimited.
What happens if we use more than the included tickets?
Usage beyond JPY 10,000 per month is billed at cost per ticket. It depends on AI usage, but the average is about JPY 300 per ticket.
Can it connect to our existing systems?
Yes. WikiDaruma supports CSV export, EDI, and API integrations, including data exchange with Yayoi and freee accounting software. You can adopt it one business process at a time without replacing everything.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We set up a dedicated environment for your company, and you can try it free for two weeks.
